Everton, MO: Hulston Mill Civil War Days

The Dade County Historical Society will host Hulston Mill Civil War Days at historic Hulston Mill Park near Everton, MO, June 11-12, 2016. The park is the location of a restored pre-Civil War grist mill.

The mill building and all its equipment were rescued from the bank of the Sac River before Stockton Lake was impounded, disassembled, and moved to the park a short distance from its original location. Currently powered by a small engine, the mill actually grinds grist into flour, which the society sells as a fund-raiser.
