Patterson, MO: Living History

The Patterson Community Center and the Wayne County Historical Society sponsored Civil War Days, a living history event, marking the 156th anniversary of Confederate General Marmaduke’s 1863 military expedition into Missouri and actions at Patterson and Fort Benton, held September 6-8, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday morning. The event was held on the grounds of Fort Benton and the Patterson Community Center in Patterson, Missouri.

The camps hosted groups of elementary school students for school day sessions on Friday.
