St. Louis, Missouri: Annual Association Meeting at White Haven
The Association of the Turner Brigade met at the U. S. Grant National Historic Site (a.k.a. White Haven) for its annual meeting on December 8, 2012.
Association members elected officers for 2013: Steve Allen, President; Skip Korte, Vice President; Patti House, Secretary; and Scott House, Treasurer.
Companies elected officers and non-commissioned officers for their companies.
Association members selected three events as Brigade Maximum events: the Brigade Spring Drill on March 9-10 at Fort Davidson State Historic Site in Pilot Knob, MO; the reenactment at Fort Leonard Wood, MO, on October 4-6; and the 150th reenactment of the Battle of Chickamauga on September 19-22 in Georgia.
