St. Louis, MO: AARP Presents the Movie Glory at the Tivoli
Members of the Turner Brigade were invited to appear at a 25th anniversary screening of the movie Glory, sponsored by AARP exclusively for its members, at 7 p.m. on Monday, November 10, at the Tivoli Theater in University City. Missouri. The 1989 film Glory is the story of the 54th Massachusetts Infantry, one of the first regiments of African-American troops mustered during the Civil War. Moviegoers mixed with the reenactors and had their photos taken with them.
