St. Louis, MO: Decoration Day at Bellefontaine Cemetery

Bellefontaine Cemetery hosted a 2015 sesquicentennial event on Saturday, May 30, the original Decoration Day, to commemorate the end of the Civil War in St. Louis. Volunteer presenters, mostly in first-person, spoke at the gravesites of Civil War figures notable in St. Louis history. These figures were both military and civilian, male and female, Northern and Southern.
