Alton, IL: Lincoln-Douglas Day Living History
The Historic Elsah Foundation and the Alton Convention and Visitors’ Bureau hosted Lincoln-Douglas Day in downtown Alton on Saturday, October 17, 2015. The event was held at the Lincoln Douglas Square, at Market St. and W. Broadway.
