The Delta Cultural Center sponsored the 155th anniversary reenactment of the Battle of Helena on the historic battlefield in downtown Helena, AR, April 13-15, 2018.

One resident reported that his rain gauge recorded five inches of rain overnight from Saturday to Sunday. Despite precautions, most participants had wet gear Sunday morning. Winds dropped a number of tents. Sunday’s action was cancelled due to soggy grounds.
