St. Louis, MO: Living history at U. S. Grant National Historic Site

 

The U. S. Grant National Historic Site, also known as White Haven, hosted a living history on April 9-10, 2022. The event commemorated the surrender of Robert E. Lee’s Confederate Army of Northern Virginia to Gen. Ulysses S. Grant’s Union Army of the Potomac on April 9, 1865. Turner units were invited to participate.
