Bloomfield, MO: Stars and Stripes Museum Liberty Days Living History

The Stars and Stripes Military Newspaper Museum hosted its 6th annual Liberty Days living history timeline at the museum site in Bloomfield, MO, Friday and Saturday, October 5-6, 2018. Turners from Company E and Company M participated.

The Museum celebrates the Stars and Stripes military newspaper’s first edition, published November 9, 1861, by Union troops after they took possession of the Bloomfield Herald Newspaper office.
