The Bentonville Battlefield State Historic Site will host the 160th anniversary reenactment of the Battle of Bentonville March 15-16, 2025, on portions of the original battlefield in the state historic site grounds. All proceeds from the event support the preservation of the site.

The Saturday battle at 3 p.m. will portray “Last Grand Charge of the Army of Tennessee” and the Fight at Morris Farm. The Sunday battle at 1:30 p.m. will present “Mower’s Charge”.  A reenactor-only period dance will be held Saturday at 8 p.m. The Harper House on the site will be open for tours, with medical displays and period domestic life demonstrations. Other programs in the activities tent will be presented throughout the event.
